Returns & Refurn  Policy - OZMOD

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria: 

The item is in unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact. 

The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. 

The product was purchased directly from OZMOD. 

2. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, follow these steps: 

Log in to your OZMOD account. 

Go to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return. 

Click on the "Return Item" button next to the product. 

Complete the return request form, providing relevant details. 

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. 

4. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your return. 

5. Refunds 

Upon approval of your return, you have two options: 

Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 - 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account based on your bank's processing times.
